Viewing component states
Introduction
View a component’s state to determine the general condition of the
component, including whether the component is disabled or off duty. The
component’s state is shown in the Maintenance section of the Maintenance
page.
Component states
You can determine the state of a component by looking at the State box in
the Maintenance section.
State
Description
Active
The component is working and currently involved in
processing a call.
Disabled
The diagnostic failed.
Idle
The component is working but not currently involved
in processing a call.
InTest
A diagnostic is running on the resource or device.
Loading
The component has been started, which takes it out
of the Off Duty state.
This state occurs quickly and is immediately
followed by Idle.
No resources
The hardware required for the component to operate
is not installed or is not operating properly.
