To replace hot-pluggable SCA SCSI hard drives

Ensure the new hard drive has the SCSI ID set to 0, termination
disabled, and parity checking enabled.

Open the front bezel doors.

Locate the SCA SCSI drive frame below a cooling fan and beside the
media drive.

Loosen the two thumbscrews on the faulty hard drive’s carrier, and
remove the carrier from the chassis.

Remove the faulty drive by loosening the four Phillips-head screws that
secure it to the carrier.
