Modular ICS 7.0 System Coordinator Guide
If the call is being forwarded, the CLID will also display the
number from which the call was forwarded (
XXXXX>YYY
).
This transient prompt will disappear if you press a
programmed feature button, external autodialer, answer DN
button, line button, intercom button, any dialpad button, or
handsfree button. As well, an incoming Priority call or Voice
call will clear the display and display the information for the
Priority or Voice call.
Displaying Call Information before or after
answering
To find out who is calling or to display information about your
current call:
1. Press

to display more information about an
external call.
Call Display information becomes available between the first
and second ring of an incoming call. If you answer before the
Call Display information is available on your display, and you
press

, you see only the line number or line
name.
Displaying Call Information for a call on hold
1. Press

.
2. Select the line on hold. Information about the call is
displayed.
