Safety guidelines for the soldering station:
SAFETY OF USE.
This equipment is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities, or persons with no
experience or knowledge of the equipment, unless it is done under the
supervision or in accordance with the instructions for use of the equipment
provided by persons corresponding to for their safety. Pay attention to
children so that they do not play with the equipment.
The soldering iron does not have a temperature indicator. Careless use of
the equipment may cause a fire. Let's protect ourselves and the
environment by maintaining appropriate security measures.
•
Protect the soldering iron against water and moisture.
•
Before starting work, check the tool, cable and plug and have any
damage remedied by authorized personnel.
•
The supply voltage must agree with the data on the rating plate.
•
Before commencing any servicing activities, disconnect the plug
from the socket and let the device cool down.
•
Do not touch the hot tip, use protective gloves.
•
Do not carry the tool by the cord.
•
After finishing work, disconnect the soldering iron from the power
supply and wait for it to cool down, the hot tip may damage other
objects.
•
Keep the soldering iron out of the reach of children.
•
Be careful when using the soldering iron in places with flammable
materials.
•
Do not leave the equipment unattended when it is switched on
•
In the event of burns or skin contact, cool the area immediately
under a stream of cold water.
•
Do not disassemble the soldering iron. There is a risk of electric
shock or burns.
•
It is forbidden to use a soldering iron with a damaged or worn (burnt)
tip - there is a risk of splashing of the molten binder.
•
Do not run the soldering iron with the tip unscrewed.
•
Protect the power cord from contact with the hot tip and casing of
the soldering iron, such contact may damage the cable insulation
and, consequently, cause an electric shock.
•
Do not leave the soldering iron plugged in when not in use.
•
The soldering iron should be used according to the instructions.
•
The tool is designed to work with 230V voltage and only this voltage
should be supplied.
•
When the tool is not in use, it must be placed on its holder.
WARNING !
•
Do not use solder joints of components or materials that will be
exposed to temperatures above 130 ° C.
•
Joining elements used for lifting loads cannot be joined by soldering.
•
Do not solder live electrical installations or circuits that require ESD
protection.
ATTENTION !
The connection cable and plug must not be damaged. Do not heat up the
soldering iron with the tip removed. The heating element wears out quickly
if the soldering iron is operated with the tip not pressed down.
ATTENTION !
Carry out all inspections and repairs after disconnecting the soldering iron
from the power supply. Inspections and repairs should be performed at
the supplier's service or at a service approved by the supplier.
ATTENTION !
It is recommended to perform several soldering tests on unnecessary
pieces of brazed material. The ability to use a soldering iron is acquired
with practice.
•
Do not modify the station in any way. Any modifications may result
in the failure of security measures or a change in device operation,
which may result in fire or damage to the device.
•
Before use, always check that the device and the installation are not
damaged. Damaged system components can cause malfunctions
and a fire hazard. Take the damaged elements to an authorized
service center for repair.
•
Store the station not in use in a warm and dry place. When the
device is not in use, keep it out of the reach of children and do not
place heavy objects on it. Proper storage will extend its service life.
