7.2.5 Operation to output square wave
Timer 0 can be used to output a square wave with any frequency at an interval specified by the count value set in
advance to the 16-bit capture/compare register n0 (CRn0).
By setting bits 0 (TOEn) and 1 (TOCn1) of the 16-bit timer output control register n (TOCn) to 1, the output status
of the TOn0 pin is reversed at an interval specified by the count value set in advance to CRn1. In this way, a square
wave of any frequency can be output.
