5.3.3 Material Database
Select Material
One-sided thickness measurements require the refractive index of the transparent mate-
rial to calculate the actual thickness. For this purpose, different material data are stored
in the controller.
You can select the transparent material in the Thickness Measurement program, see
Chap. 5.3.2 .
Select the transparent material to be used for measuring the thickness.
Click
Submit
to confirm your selection.
The controller stores a material table that can be modified and added to, see Chap. 6.17 .
