5.3 User Interface, Basic Preferences
5.3.1 Introduction
The following chapters describe any controller settings that are required to get started
and quickly achieve first measuring results.
You can access additional submenus, e.g. for measuring rates and triggers, through the
navigation bar on the left side of a web page.

When programming has been completed, all settings must be permanently stored
in a set of parameters to ensure that these settings will be available when the sen-
sor is switched on the next time.
Some parameters are only
available in the controller
IFC24x1MP. This is char-
acterized by a separate
formatting.
