Connect the smart tester
Turn the ignition  ON
Initialise the diagnostic tool
Record the DTC and clear
Turn ignition  OFF
Turn ignition ON
Verify if   P0562 is present?

Is P0562 present?

Intermittent problem exists
Refer the intermittent problem
inspection procedure

STEP 2

Is the value = 11.0 to

14.5V?

STEP 3

Ignition OFF

Check and confirm  the proper
functioning of 5 A fuse (F47)  of
the EMS ECU   power supply
wire  from Ignition switch

EMS ECU wiring harness
connector (C4) DISCONNECTED
Ignition ON

Check the voltage between pin
71 of the EMS ECU wiring
harness connector and battery
ground

Is the value > 8 V?

STEP 4

Is the continuity

exists?

Ignition ON

Check the voltage between
battery positive and battery
negative

Suspect the charging circuit
Check and confirm the proper
functioning of charging
circuit(Alternator & Battery)
Clear the DTC and verify

Ignition OFF
EMS ECU wiring harness
connector (C4) DISCONNECTED
Ignition Switch wiring harness
connector (C113)
DISCONNECTED

Check the continuity between
pin 71 of the EMS ECU wiring
harness connector and pin 5 of
the ignition switch wiring
harness connector

Go to STEP 6

Examine the open circuit of
EMS ECU power supply wire
from ignition switch
Replace the wiring harness
Clear the DTC and verify
