CLUTCH SENSOR
The clutch pedal sensor is a hall effect sensor encompassing two hall chips mounted on fixed part of the
clutch pedal and a magnet mounted on the moving shank of the clutch pedal
DTC INFORMATION
PROBABLE CAUSES OF FAILURE
NORMAL OPERATION
Ignition ON
Whenever clutch 90% signal is received by EMS ECU , there
is a change in clutch status which is received thru 10 %
signal
DTC DETECTING CONDITIONS
Ignition ON
EMS ECU supply voltage 8-16V
Clutch 90% signal is received by EMS ECU continuosly
without change in clutch status l recived thru 10% signal
DTC REACTIONS
Strat stop function will not work
HEALING CONDITION
Ignition Off/On
Short to battery in 90%
signal wire
Improper clutch pedal
sensor adjustment
Faulty clutch sensor
