STEP 1
Connect the smart tester
Turn the ignition ON
Initialise the diagnostic tool
Record the DTC and clear
Turn ignition OFF
Turn ignition ON
Verify if P0191 is present?
Is P0191 present?
Intermittent problem exists
Refer the intermittent problem
inspection procedure
Ignition OFF
Check and rectify if any kinks/
blockage noticed in the fuel
return line
If the DTC still exits replace the
rail pressure sensor with a new
one.
