To unfasten the belt press the red
button of the lock, the belt will be
automatically pulled into the reel. If
the belt band is not properly pulled
in, then holding belt tongue 2 in
hand, find the belt band position in
which it will completely be back into
the reel.
ATTENTION!
Leaving the car make sure that
the belt has been fully backed to
its initial position not to take out
the band and avoid damage it
when closing the doors of the
vehicle. In this case the seat belt
may be unsuitable for further use.
Front seat belts are adjustable
with the top point position according
to the height. Slightly stretching the
belt, adjust its height so that it can be
as high as possible, but cannot touch
your neck and squeeze your shoul-
der. To adjust the belt press its deco-
rative moulding 1 to the pillar (Fig.
16), and moving it select one of the
five fixed mounting positions of the
top point according to the height.
In the design variant the vehicle
is equipped with front seat belts with
pretensioner and load limiter, located
in the reels of front seat belts. Front
seat belt tensioners are designed to
select possible sag of the band for
the driver and front passenger in a
frontal crash. Load limiter is de-
signed to reduce maximum effort of
holding the driver and front passen-
ger in a frontal crash.
