REMOTE CONTROL BATTERY
REPLACEMENT
The remote control contains a
lithium battery of CR2032 type, the
initial voltage of which is 3 V. If the
voltage of the remote control is nor-
mal, then every time you press any
button on the remote control console
its indicator will light with short flash.
If you press any button on the remote
control console its indicator lights
with two short flashes or does not
light at all, replace the battery with a
new one. To do this, follow these
steps:
– remove screw 2 (Fig. 58) from
the side of the case, opposite to the
control buttons;
– using a flat screwdriver discon-
nect the halves of the case by insert-
ing the screwdriver into spline 1;
– remove the board from the case;
– replace the battery 3 with the
new one according to the polarity;
– insert the board into the case;
– lock the halves of the case and
tighten screw 2.
ATTENTION!
It is not allowed to use a bat-
tery of other type in the remote
control.
FUSE PLUG’S REPLACEMENT
When replacing fuse plugs and
relay, use only new fuses the types of
which are recommended for your
vehicle, and only of those manufac-
turers who have the conclusion of
JSC «AVTOVAZ» and marking in
accordance with Tables 3-7.
ATTENTION!
Do not use fuses that differ in
amperage rating from those rec-
ommended in Table 3–7. This can
lead to a failure of the vehicle's
electrical equipment or fire haz-
ard.
