Bleed the friction clutch on the universal shaft
RPG000-053
After longer downtimes, the deposits from the friction clutch can stick to the friction surfaces.
Vent the friction clutch before use:
Loosen the 8 screws (1) crosswise to take the spring pressure off the outside washers (2).
Turn the universal shaft manually.
Tighten the 8 screws (1) crosswise until the cover ring (3) is positioned directly on the
outside washers (2). Ensure that the screws (1) are not overtightened.
Undo the 8 screws (1) by one sixth of a turn.

Releasing the cam clutch on the universal shaft
If the cam clutch was actuated during the baling process on the universal shaft due to an
overload, proceed as follows:
Switch off the PTO shaft.
Switch on the PTO shaft at a lower idle speed until the cam clutch has engaged.
Shift up the PTO shaft to rated speed.

Releasing baling pressure with electronic baling pressure
adjustment
RP000-318_Manometer Pressdruckanzeige
The baling pressure must be completely released if, for example, the bale formation conveyor
requires servicing. The baling pressure can be read off via the pressure gauge (1) at the front
right side of the machine. The baling pressure is released via menu 15-2 "Actuator test" for
version with "Electronic baling pressure adjustment".
