If you select an incorrect destination, pressing the
No/Clear key will cancel the inclusion of this
destination in the broadcast.
If you want to continue selecting the receiving destinations using Phone Book,
repeat steps 1 to 5.
(4) Using the Phone Book (Search) to specify the destinations.
1. Press the Phone Book key, the display appears as
below.
2. Press the key to select the “SEARCH”.
3. Press the Yes key.
4. Using the One Touch keys and Numeric keys,
enter the name or initial portion of the
destination you want to find.
For example: “USA”.
5. Press the Yes key.
The machine now searches for the exact name or names beginning with the letters
entered.
Search for the destination name having USA
at the beginning of the name.
Here it find 2 destinations.
