How to Select the [Utility] function
1. Press the Utility key as many times as required to select the particular group. The
display now prompts you to select a particular feature available under that group.
Press n times Function group
1 MACHINE SETTING
2 COPY SETTING
3 DIAL REGISTRATION
4 TX OPERATION
5 RX OPERATION
6 COMM. SETTING
7 REPORT
8 INITIAL USER DATA
For example: Select the “TX OPERATION”.

Press the Utility key 4 times.
2. Using the Numeric keys, select the feature you want to set.
1. SCAN CONTRAST
2. REGISTRATION
3. PAGE COUNT TX
4. CLOSED NETWORK
5. DEFAULT TX
6. HEADER
4. TX OPERATION
7. OT-DIAL IN COPY
For example: To select “HEADER”

Press Numeric key
‘6’
The display appears the message briefly.
3. Now you can press the or key to select
the desired selection, and then press the Yes
key to complete this setting.
