Setting LINE MONITOR
Use this feature to set the speaker volume while monitoring fax activity.
1. Press the Utility key 6 times the display shows
the message “COMM.SETTING”.
2. Press "2" from the Numeric keys. The following
message appears briefly to confirm your
selection.
3. Press or key to select either HIGH,
LOW or OFF.
Choices Available Description
HIGH
Speaker Volume is set at the loudest setting.
LOW Speaker Volume is set at the lowest setting.
OFF No sound will be heard.
Then press the Yes key.
