4 PRINT MAILBOX RX

3. Press ‘4’ from the Numeric keys to select “PRINT
MAILBOX RX”.
4. Using the Numeric keys, enter the 4-digit mailbox ID which has been previously
programmed for the mailbox involved and which has been given to the other party.
For example: Mailbox ID
→
Press 3, 5, 8, and 0, in that order.
If you have entered the wrong number, press the No/Clear
key and input the correct number again.
5. Check the mailbox ID is correct and press the Yes key
to validate the mailbox ID.
If the ID you entered is correct, then printing of the document will begin.
Polling TX
Overview of the Polling TX function
Polling TX allows you to place a document into your document feeder to be retrieved by
a remote fax machine. Polling TX will automatically send the stored document in
response to polling requests from remote devices. To distinguish polling document enter
a 4-digit ID.
Polling TX offers Single and Multi Modes:
Single Mode
The specified file will be deleted after it has been successfully
transmitted.
Multi Mode
The specified file could transmit several times to those who need
this file, until you cancel this Reservation Session.
