The Message Display now shows the destination you selected. When all parties
have been selected for Group Dial, press the Start key.

Using the Group Dial

1.

 

Place the document face up on the Document
Feeding Tray.

2.

 

Press the One Touch key in which the
desired Group Dial has been registered.
For example:
One Touch key 17

The document placed on the Document
Feeding Tray is fed once and scanned into
memory.

When scanning is completed, the machine
starts dialing the destinations, one by one, in
the order they were registered.

Upon connecting to the destination, the document in memory is transmitted.

The document transmission sequence is repeated for the number of destinations
registered in that particular group.

To stop the transmission, press the Stop key,
and then the Yes key.
