Setting REMOTE MONITOR
This function allows service personnel to access the unit remotely. The Service
Representative can monitor and change machine settings and fix your unit over
telephone.
1. Press the Utility key, then the message
“MACHINE SETTING” appears.
2. Press "7" from the Numeric keys. The following
message appears briefly to confirm your
selection.
3. Press or key to select ON or OFF as
the default setting, then press the Yes key.
4. The message prompt you to enter the 4-
digit password. For example:1234.
5. Press the No/Clear key to restore the initial state.
Setting TRAY 1 PAPER SIZE
(When optional Paper Feed Unit is installed)
This function allows you to choose the paper size in tray 1. Please set the paper size
according to the paper placed in Paper Tray (TRAY1); otherwise, after first printing
an error message appears, you should remove the paper and replace the paper with
correct size in Paper Tray (TRAY1) again.
