How to select the FUNCTION utilities

First press the Function key.

The Message Display now prompts you to
select the FUNCTION utilities.

Here are two method to select the Function utilities:

1) Press the Numeric keys

RELAY INITIATE

CANCEL RESERV.

For example, when you press the ‘3’ from
the numeric keys, the display would show
“MAILBOX TX”.

2) Press the Function key

You can press the Function key again then the display shows the first Function
utility.
