Execution errors
An error in the range [-299, -200] indicates that an error has been detected by the
instrument’s execution control block. The occurrence of any error in this class shall
cause the Execution Error (bit 4) in the event status register to be set.

-220 Parameter error A program data element related error occ u rred.
-221 Settings conflict
Received a command that cannot be exec u ted in the c u rrent condition of the
PAT.
-222 Data o u t of range Parameter val u e w as o u tside the legal range.
-223 Too m u ch data Too many parameters w ere received than the req u irements.
-224 Illegal parameter val u e Received an invalid parameter data.
-230 Data corr u pt or stale Received a data q u ery before the meas u rement w as completed.
-241 Hard w are missing Cannot be exec u ted beca u se the optional hard w are is not installed.
