Remove the disk brush and place the
new disk brush in front of the appliance.
Î
Drive the appliance forward over the
disk brush.
Î
Turn the running gear to the back with
your foot. The brush will lock into the
brush drive.
Î
Set the advance speed.
Î
Empty the dirt and fresh water tank.
Î
Remove the detergent bottle from the
detergent holder.
Î
Loosen the tank fastening screw and tilt
the tank upward.
The dosing pump is located behind the bat-
teries.

Remove covering lid.
Î
Remove cover.
Î
Remove the hose holder with the pump
hose (turn manually to remove the rotor
manually).
Î
Replace pump hose.
Î
Dosing pump and appliance are
brought into operational state by per-
forming the same steps in the reverse
direction.
To ensure a reliable operation of the appli-
ance maintenance contracts can be con-
cluded with the competent Kärcher sales
office.
In case of danger of frost:
Î
Empty the fresh and dirt water reser-
voirs.
Î
Store the appliance in a frost-protected
room.
Danger
Risk of injury. Turn the program selection
switch to "OFF" and disconnect the mains
plug before performing any works on the
appliance. For BR...W Bp also turn the key
switch to "0" and press the emergency stop
switch.
Î
Drain and dispose of the dirt water and
the residual fresh water.
In case of faults that cannot be remedied
using the table below please contact the
customer service.
Note
If the display shows interruptions, first set
the programme selection switch to OFF or
driving and switch off the key switch (if
available). Wait for 15 seconds. Turn on the
appliance again. If the display still shows a
fault, then rectify the fault according to the
following table or call Customer Service.
