To change other control panel settings, such as Panel or Linear power and nonzero start,
tap the
Settings
button on the right side of the control panel. A Settings screen opens,
and you can make your modifications.

System Check-out
The purpose of the check-out procedure is to verify that installation of the system is
complete and the system is operating properly. You must perform the check-out procedure
prior to the first case of the day, as outlined in the following steps. You test the IA mode and
handpiece, then the Phaco mode and handpiece, so that the phaco handpiece (used first) is
ready for surgery.
If any of the check-out steps fail, you must repeat the steps. If the instrument still does not
work correctly, refer to
Chapter 10, "Error Messages, Troubleshooting, and Diagnostics"
