162 Advanced Infusion not Available.
Probable Cause: Pressure sensor, GFI valve or pressure regulator is faulty or there is an
internal air leak.
Corrective Action:
1. Use an Advanced Fluidics program.
2. Disconnect the infusion connector from the console if connected.
3. Prime the system to continue.
4. If the error continues to occur, contact JJSV for technical service.
164 Advanced Infusion current too high or too low.
Probable Cause: Valve or valve driver is faulty
Corrective Action:
1. Change to an Advanced Fluidics program.
2. Disconnect the infusion connector from the console if connected.
3. Prime the system to continue.
4. If the error continues to occur, contact JJSV for technical service.
165 Advanced Infusion regulator current too high or too low.
Probable Cause: Fixed regulator may not be effective at regulating pressure.
Corrective Action:
1. Change to an Advanced Fluidics program.
2. Disconnect the infusion connector from the console if connected.
3. Prime the system to continue.
4. If the error continues to occur, contact JJSV for technical service.
201 Phaco communication error.
Probable cause: Bad data sent from the host or communication error.
Corrective action:
1. Check the handpiece connections.
2. Retune the handpiece.
3. If the error does not clear, select End Case .
4. Select Shutdown .
5. Select Yes and wait for the system to power off.
6. Start up the system.
7. Retune the handpiece.
8. If the error still does not clear, replace the handpiece with a new handpiece and tune the
handpiece.
