Process alarms in terms of device functionality:
Each "total" and "alarm type" is 1 bit: "Alarm
pending"
Bit 0
1 if any process alarm is pending,
otherwise 0
Bit 1
1 if the "invalid trigger" alarm is
pending, otherwise 0
Bit 2
1 if the "output time exceeded" alarm
is pending, otherwise 0
Bit 3
1 if the "job selection error" alarm is
pending, otherwise 0
Bit 4
1 if the "process interface error" alarm
is pending, otherwise 0
Bit 5
1 if the "FTP client was unable to
send all data" alarm is pending,
otherwise 0
Bit 6
1 if the "buffer overflow" alarm is
pending, otherwise 0

1 if the "pipeline overflow" alarm is
