When you select TCP/IP, you are required to select a frame
type. You can optionally choose a Local IP Address and Default
Gateway. The Local Subnet Mask is set to 255.255.255.0 by
default. You can change it by typing in a new value and
selecting OK.
You cannot select both DLS and NetWare Client; however, all other
combinations are accepted. Some options are selected
automatically, based on your other choice. If you select NetBIOS,
then 802.2 is selected automatically. If you choose DLS, then
NetBIOS and 802.2 are selected for you.
The push buttons on this panel are Info, Cancel, Help, and Continue.
To get information about the options presented, use the Info push
button.
When you have made your selections, press the Continue push
button. The options that you have selected will be installed
automatically. When LANAID is finished, the main panel is displayed
and your installation is complete.
NetBIOS Device Driver Parameters
You can elect to use the default values provided or you can change
them within the limits described. Some parameters are not included
in the installation process. To change the default values for the
remaining parameters, you must edit the NETBAPI.COM file. Most
users will not need to change any of these parameters.

defined. Must be equal to or greater than the number of
stations. If set too high, the adapter fails to open.
