The bulletin board can also be reached using anonymous FTP at
address FTP.PCCO.IBM.COM. The World Wide Web address is
http://ftp.pcco.ibm.com. On the IBM Personal Computers home
page, select File Library and then Network Support Files.

Requirements for the asynchronous electronic connection to the
Bulletin Board are:

A modem that supports 1200 baud or more

Communications software capable of supporting XMODEM file
transfer protocols

A switched telephone line

Make sure that your modem is set to 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity,
and a standard transmission speed from 1200 to 9600 baud.

Note: If you plan to download a device driver, you should make
certain that you choose the latest version available.
