Parameter

Explanation

SERIAL

This parameter is the 8-digit, hexadecimal serial number of
the adapter. The SERIAL parameter is required when
multiple EtherJet adapters are used in one computer. Serial
parameter example:

SERIAL=89ABCDEF

The adapter serial number can be displayed by the LANAID
program. See “Finding the Adapter Serial Number” on
page 5-7.
