3.3 Setting of Position Data

4) Deceleration [G]ꞏꞏꞏꞏꞏꞏꞏꞏꞏ Set the deceleration at stop.
(Reference) How to set the acceleration is described below. The same idea
can be applied to the deceleration.

0.3G : Acceleration capable to accelerate up to 9800mm/s × 0.3
= 2940mm/s per second
Caution : Regarding to Acceleration/Deceleration Speed Setting
(1) Do not have the setting to exceed the rated acceleration/deceleration
speed that is specified in the catalog or this Instruction Manual. The setting
that exceeds the rated acceleration/deceleration speed may shorten the
actuator life remarkably.
(2) Consider to lower the acceleration/deceleration speed when a shock or
vibration is applied to the actuator or work. In such a case, keeping the use
under such a condition may shorten the actuator life remarkably.
(3) If the load is extremely lighter than the rated load, there may be a
possibility that acceleration/deceleration can be made greater than the
rated values to shorten the takt time. Contact our company. At that time,
inform us of the work piece weight, profile, way to attach and the
installation condition of the actuator.
5) Pressing Force [%] ꞏꞏꞏꞏꞏ Set the pressing torque (current limit value) in % for the pressing
operation.
Having a bigger power limit value gives bigger pressing force.
It is set to the positioning operation when setting to 0.
Caution : Changing the pressing speed may make the pressing force different from that
described in 6.1 Appendix Actuator Specifications of Actuator.
When the pressing velocity is changed, make sure to measure the actual
pressing force before start using
