Method of Preparation:
"Take gram flour, suji, curd, water, salt, mix well into a batter. Cover it and set aside for 4 hours to
marinate. Add green chillies, ginger paste, turmeric, limejuice, oil, soda-bi-carb and mix into a
smooth batter.
Step 1: Pour into microwave oven safe lightly greased bowl, place in the microwave oven, select
category BS10,enter recipe code and press start. For tampering use curry leaves, mustard seeds,
oil, and green chillies. Garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut. Serve with chutney."
