Method of Preparation:
Step 1: Take a microwave oven safe bowl, add all ingredients other than spinach and mix well. Select category
BS23, enter recipe code and press start. Step 2: When the oven beeps, remove and add spinach, mix well
and press start.
After the oven beeps, when it cools; blend the spinach in a mixer. Strain and serve hot.

Method of Preparation:
"Soak the almonds in hot water for 20 minutes, drain and remove the skin. Blend the almonds in a mixer till
coarse. Keep aside.
Step 1: Take
a microwave oven safe bowl, add butter, plain flour, almond coarse paste, white stock, mix well
and select category BS24, enter recipe code &press start. After the beep, remove Add the fresh
cream, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve hot garnished with almond slivers."
