Method of Preparation: "Marinate the chicken with all marinate ingredients for 20 minutes.
Step 1: Take a microwave oven safe bowl, add all ingredients other than marinated chicken, tomato, coriander
leaves and mix well. Select category TC46, enter recipe code & press start.
Step 2: When the oven beeps, remove and add all remaining ingredients other than coriander leaves, mix well
& press start. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot."
