Method of Preparation: In a bowl take all the ingredients other than oil. Mix well and make flat tikkies of it.
Arrange all the tikkies in a lightly greased crusty plate. Apply oil and place the crusty plate on the mesh rack in
the microwave oven. Select category OF20, enter recipe code & press start. Serve hot with Sauce.

Method of Preparation: Grind boiled kabuli chana, cloves, pepper powder, cinnamon powders, garlic cloves,
salt, ginger, soaked bread pieces and whole red chilli to form a paste. Now shape the paste in the form of
kababs & roll out each kababs in bread crumbs for complete coating . Keep the kababs on tawa & keep the
