Method of Preparation: "Make a paste of fried white gram dal, coriander seeds, mustard seeds. Keep it aside.
Mash the tamarind in a cup of water and strain. Keep it aside.
Step 1: Take a microwave oven safe bowl add all the ingredients other than red gram dal and water. Mix well.

Step 2: When the oven beeps, remove, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and press start. Serve hot."
