Method of Preparation:
"Blend the dals, rice in a mixer to a smooth mixture. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the curds and mix well.
Cover and keep aside to ferment overnight. Add all other ingredients, mix well and set aside for 20 minutes. Pour
the mixture in a lightly greased baking dish.

Method of Preparation: Step 1: Place the eggplant (pierced on all sides with a fork) on the turntable in the
