Method of Preparation: Marinate the chicken with all ingredients for 2 hours. Arrange the marinate chicken in a
lightly greased crusty plate and place the crusty plate on the mesh rack in the microwave oven. Select the
category, enter the recipe code, select weight, and press start. Turn once in-between. Serve hot.
