5.3.
Software Installation and Upgrade
5.3.1.
Install Operating System
There are two software installation Disks for Brivo OEC 715/785/865 C-Arm X-ray Product.
Disc 1/2 is the Operating System (OS) installation CD
Disc 2/2 is the application Software
The OS installation CD should be installed prior to Application CD during the initial installation.
Setting and Configuration backup/restore:
System providing User settings, Administration Settings, and Product configuration
backup/Restore feature. Before installing OS and APP backup all setting and
configuration are recommended. Detailed please refer to 5.2.2 and 5.2.6.
CD/DVD Rom is an option part, so upgrade software need use USB CD/DVD Rom
(PN# 5075511) on none CD/DVD Rom system.
You must press
key immediately during system booting up porcess in step 2.
As installing Operating System or Application, system (Power Distribution Board) will
make a beep alert sound for loosing heart beat between workstation and System
Interface Board more than 3 minutes.
Camera type will be detected during software being installed, and then software will
install corresponding camera driver based on the detection. So from WKS software Ver
1.0, connect mainframe to WKS to insure the Camera type can be detected during the
software installation process.

Power on the system, In Setup interface click “System Information” tab and record Serial Number.
And then shut down the system.
