The active AR mode is memorized (latched) on power cycling. This means that the relay uses the last-used mode on power-
up. The AR mode resets to the default mode (specified by the
AR MODE
setting) when any settings in the autoreclose
function are changed.

In addition, the current AR mode is available as FlexLogic Operands because AR Mode equals to 1, 2, 3, and 4 respectively
so that it can be monitored and logged.
