6. Disconnect the Syrup Bag Connectors from
the syrup bags. For any syrup bags with
wide fitments, remove all the syrup bag
locks and Syrup Bag Adapters and place
them in detergent water.

7. Remove the Blending Assembly from the
spout and disassemble it. Place the
Blending Head, Gear Cartridge, Spout
Adapter, and Gear Box in detergent water
with the 9-Tube Assembly parts and syrup
bag parts. Set aside the Drive Motor.

NOTE:
THE FOLLOWING CLEAN-IN-PLACE
PROCEDURE SHOULD BE COMPLETED
CONSECUTIVELY, BEGINNING WITH SYRUP
LINE #1 UNTIL ALL EIGHT SYRUP LINES
HAVE BEEN FLUSHED.
8. Locate the Pump Flush Adapter under the
bottom tray and connect it to the first Syrup
Bag Connector.

9. From the Touchscreen main menu, press
the SETUP key in the upper left corner.
Enter the password if required.
