This section shows how to set up SNMP for your meter, and how to set up your SNMP 
network to communicate with your meter. 

D.6.1: Configure SNMP for the Meter

You configure the meter’s SNMP settings using Communicator EXT

 software (version 

4.0.356 and higher). Note that Chapter 21 of the

are in this example.

1. Enable SNMP for either or both of the meter’s Ethernet cards in the Services tab of 

the Advanced Network Settings screen, shown below. (Access this screen from the
