ESIE19-13A – 2020.05

Supply nitrogen to the refrigerant circuit. The nitrogen pressure MUST NOT
exceed 0.02 MPa.

Wrap a wet rag around the low pressure switch and solder the low pressure
switch pipe to the low pressure switch.

Low pressure switch

Low pressure switch pipe

CAUTION

Overheating the pressure switch will damage or destroy it.

After soldering is done, stop the nitrogen supply after the component has
cooled‑down.

Install the brackets and clip on the low pressure switch and pipe.

Install and tighten the screws.

Clip

Route the low pressure switch harness towards the appropriate PCB.

Fix the harness using new tie straps.

Connect the low pressure switch connector to the appropriate PCB.
