Screw

Bracket

Clip

Disconnect the low pressure switch connector from the appropriate PCB.

Cut all tie straps that fix the low pressure switch harness.

Low pressure switch

Low pressure switch pipe

Cut the low pressure switch pipe using a pipe cutter.

Remove the low pressure switch from the unit.

Supply nitrogen to the refrigerant circuit. The nitrogen pressure MUST NOT
exceed 0.02 MPa.

Heat the end of the low pressure switch pipe using an oxygen acetylene torch
and remove the low pressure switch pipe end.

Stop the nitrogen supply when the piping has cooled down.

To install the low pressure switch, see

"3.8.2 Repair procedures"
