64 – Cricket Robot Documentation

The speaker is installed by gluing it
face down to the chassis body in
front of the center servo mount as
shown. Installing it face down may
seem wrong but the chassis acts
as a sound board with the sound
exiting the rear of the speaker.

Glue the speaker by holding it
firmly in place and putting three
drops of glue evenly spaced
around the perimeter. Use a
spring clamp or tape to hold the
speaker in place while the glue
dries.
