4. Assuming that the file is present at the “ftp” prompt type:
b) get xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx yyy zzz <path> <new file>, where:
à
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of the ftp server
à
yyy zzz is the login user and password for the ftp server
à
<path> is the full path to the image file including the file name
à
<new file> is the name that the file is to be given on the flash file system
For example, get 102.168.2.22 user1 pswd1 c:\EXTender\update\3.61.5r1.mab
3.61.5r2.mab
3. Press Enter to download the image file to the unit. The file transfer begins and the
transfer status is indicated by a stream of dots across the screen. The transfer should
take approximately 15 minutes.
4. When file transfer is complete and the “ftp” prompt is displayed, press ESC to exit the
FTP Shell.
5. The unit is now ready to upgrade to the new software image. See the

section for details.
