Selecting Balancing / Executing the Setup

VIBROTEST 60 steps
Activity at Rotor
Select Balancing with
»SELECT«.
1.
Start Balancing
program
Delete all data with
»RESET«.
2.
Starting new /
Continue with current
balancing procedure
VIBROTEST 60 displays the data
from the last balancing procedure.
Starting new balancing
procedure:
To execute a new balancing
procedure all data from the last
procedure must be deleted with
»RESET«. Only then can the required
entries be made in the „Balancing
Setup“.
Continue with last balancing
procedure:
The last balancing procedure can be
continued with »SELECT«.
Ensure that
•
the mechanical
setup between
reference pickup
and reference
mark, and
•
the position of the
vibration sensors
corresponds to the last
balancing pro-cedure.
Select „Balancing Setup„
with the function button
»SETUP«.
Open the menu for selecting
the correction planes with
»EDIT«.

In „Balancing Setup„ you must define
the:

Number of correction planes
•
Type of correction
•
Adaptive Mode
•
Sensor
•
Unit
•
Signal detection
After the initial unbalance run is
completed during the balancing
procedure only the unba-lance
correction type can be changed.
