Code Description and Probable Causes:
4A0X PMT gain out of range, x = readset.
Too much light in read chamber. Ensure the instrument enclosure is
completely installed and secured.

Failed high-voltage PMT test.
Failed low-voltage PMT test.
Failed well overload test for absorbance or fluorescence.
