Using 384-Well Geometry
When used in standalone mode, the ELx800NB™ does not have
access to data reduction options for 384-well plate geometry. To
capture and manipulate the raw data, you must use Gen5™, KC4™,
or KCjunior™ software. This Appendix provides instructions for
setting up and performing a 384-well plate read for data reduction
in Gen5, KC4, and KCjunior.
