6-2-2 Loading on or unloading from a vehicle

When moving the machine, be sure to separate the machine into
the Projector Assy, Signboard Assy, Control Assy and Pedal Assys.
Moving the machine without disassembly can result in an accident or injury.
(See P. 22 "5-3 Assembly.")

When moving the machine manually, be sure to separate the machine
into the projector, lower cabinet, Signboard Assy, Control Assy and
Pedal Assys. Manually moving the machine without disassembly can result
in an accident or injury. (See P. 18 "5-2 Required dimensions of carry-in
passage (such as doors and corridors)" and P. 22 "5-3 Assembly.")

When using a forklift to transport the Projector Assy, observe the following
instructions. If they are not followed, the Assy can tip over and cause an
unexpected accident.

Insert the forks into the specified positions.

Pay close attention to the balance.

The Control Assy is not designed to be transported by a forklift. Do not
use a forklift to move the Control Assy, since the use of a forklift can cause
the Assy to tip over and cause an unexpected accident.

Make sure that the following number of persons are available for manual
transportation of Assys. Attempting to carry an Assy with a fewer
persons can result in an accident or injury. (See P. 36 "6-2-1 Manual
transportation (carrying on stairs, etc.).")

When carrying manually, secure the Gun Assys to the Control Assy by
using tape or rope, or dismount the Gun Assys. If the Gun Assy drops,
it can cause an accident or injury.

Projector (31 kg) : 3 persons or more

Lower cabinet ( 184 kg) : 5 persons or more

Signboard Assy (20 kg) : 2 persons or more

Control Assy 94 ( kg) : 3 persons or more
6.MOVING AND TRANSPORTING

Carefully transport the machine to prevent damage.

Be sure to raise the level adjusters on the Projector Assy all the way.
(See P. 22 "5-3-1 Adjusting the level adjusters.")

Do not apply impact when lowering an Assy over a ridge.

Be careful not to drop the Gun Assys.

Make sure that the Gun Assy tubes do not get caught or pulled during moving.
