8.MAINTENANCE
(8) Replacing the slider - To be conducted by a technician only -
To protect the service staff and other people from electric shock, accident and
injury and to prevent damage to the electric circuitry of the machine, be sure
to turn off the power switch before initiating the described task.
To prevent damage to electrical circuits due to incorrect connector connection,
check the direction and shape of the connector carefully when connecting.
Turn off the power switch.
Dismount the vibrating unit and detach gun frame A. (See P. 103 “8-3-4 (7)
Replacing the rotary solenoid” through .)
Install a new slider to gun frame A.
Apply silicon grease (Shin-Etsu silicon G-40M) to the outside surface of the new
slider and the inside hole surface when installing.

To reinstall, follow the removal sequence in reverse.
