(11) Replacing the gun tube unit - To be conducted by a technician only -

To protect the service staff and other people from electric shock, accident and
injury and to prevent damage to the electric circuitry of the machine, be sure
to turn off the power switch before initiating the described task.

To prevent damage to electrical circuits due to incorrect connector connection,
check the direction and shape of the connector carefully when connecting.
Turn off the power switch.
Dismount the Gun Assy. (See P. 97 “8-3-4 (1) Replacing the Gun Assy.”)
Dismount gun cover AR. (See P. 100 “8-3-4 (3) Replacing gun cover A.)
Disconnect the two connectors, two Faston terminals, and one ground terminal,
remove the button-head bolt (M4 x 8) from the gun cover AL side, then replace the
gun tube unit.

Be sure to conduct an operation check and settings check after the replacing the
Gun Harness Assy. (See P. 49 "7-4-4 Switch input/output tests.")
